Situated near the Springs area, Al Samad derives inspiration from the springs itself, by incorporating nature into the design and architecture.
The interior architecture has many elements inspired by nature, which deviates the design form the traditional Islamic architecture. The main challenge of this project was the dome, and to make it a prominent design feature. The semi-circular dome was altered into a triangle one. This pyramid-shaped dome is lifted up as a skylight raised pyramid, in return giving the structure a unique design identity.
